I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday and 2024 is off to a great start! We are excited to be 6 weeks from the start of the Spring 2024 Travel season.

I would like to start by thanking everyone for their patience as we worked through our contract renewal for SSYSL Travel uniforms.  Our current uniform (brand: Joma) has been in place for 3 years, which is the normal timeframe before the uniform design is discontinued. Our current uniform is discontinued for ordering in 2024. As a league, we have been evaluating vendors and uniform options for several months. We are excited to announce that we have contracted a new vendor that offers much better services for our 300+ player/coach community.

Swansea Somerset Travel Program has partnered with Soccer.com for our New Uniforms (image links below)

With this new partnership comes a newly designed Jersey Kit made by Puma!  Our jersey kits will remain in stock for us for the next 3-4 years.  Meaning, for 3-4 years, no new kits will need to be purchased, unless requested by you at any point. Attached are visuals of the home, away, and practice kits.

The price of our new Kits is $162.52.

Soccer.com dedicated SSYSL webstore will go live and available for orders the week of February 19th.  Once it goes live, you will receive an email with a link to Soccer.com (attached PDF to this email is what to expect).  Soccer.com offers a wide range of gear for your player, but only the jersey kit outlined above is mandatory and is clearly outlined in the Soccer.com webstore.  All optional soccer gear will be in a separate tab.  If your player is a goalie, there will be an option for you to purchase the goalie set instead.  For goalies, please keep in mind they will need field jerseys if they play field as well. 

Delivery of kits to your home via UPS/FedEx from time of order is estimated to be 7-10 business days with Standard Shipping.  We ask that all families place their orders by March 8th to ensure that the arrival of kits come before opening weekend - March 30th, 2024.

All orders are door-to-door, Soccer.com is the amazon prime of the soccer world. Parents can order online or by their smart phone, this takes all the pressure of the club to manually sort uniforms.

Discount for families

All members of the club will get discounts off purchases at soccer.com along with also earning 3.3% of purchases in their own personal soccer.com account.

Dedicated call center

Things break or rip, it happens from time to time. Call center dedicated to meeting the customers’ needs and handling any request they may have.
