The Massachusetts Youth Soccer Association (MYSA) is leading the way in player and coach development by becoming the first state association in the country to employ five full time head coaches that are dedicated to improving the skills of its players and the education of its coaches. Their new program starts with the cooperation and commitment of the individual soccer leagues in the state and SSYSL understands that in order to increase the soccer skills of its players, it needs to first increase the education and soccer knowledge of its coaches. 

MYSA offers the following Soccer Coaching Courses: “G, F, E and D” and the US Soccer Association offers Courses “C, B & A”.

The Board of Directors is pleased to state that our league’s coach education reimbursement policy for these coaching courses is as follows:
       SSYSL will reimburse our current coaches 100% for the “G, F and E” level courses
       SSYSL will reimburseour current coaches 50% of the cost for “D, C, B and A”level courses.

Pay the appropriate fee and once you attend & pass the course, you submit the cost of the course along with a copy of your certificate to the President of SSYSL or to the Coach Education Director and you will be reimbursed accordingly by the league.
